Stratford Nexans Fun Run/Walk Event Information

Getting there

• This event begins on the Stratford High School field.
• Free parking is available on the streets surrounding the venue.

Registration

• ALL entrants must attend registration to receive their event number.
• Registration is available at the Stratford High School Stadium.
• Entry fees are $10.00 per person or $35.00 a family (2 adults,
  3 children) until Friday 22 November 2024, 4pm.
• Late entries will be available on the day at the Stratfod High School Stadium for $15.00 for individuals and $40.00 for a family.

Start Times

• Safety briefings will be held prior to the start of each event.
• 9.30am - 10km walk
• 10.00am - 10km run, along with 5km, 3km run/walk
• Walkers and those with prams will be asked to move towards the back of the group.

Water Stations

• Water stations will be provided at the finish line.
• This is a CUP-FREE event. Please bring your own vessel!

Prizegiving

• Prizegiving will be held immediately after the last competitor has finished. ALL entrants go into the spot prize draw.
• Enter by 22 November 2024 to go in the draw for one of two early bird prizes
  ​​​​​​​of $20.
• Nexans travel prizes will be drawn at the last event on 2 February (Lake Rotokare). To qualify you must complete four or more events.
